Our ESG Commitment

We work daily on implementing the ESG strategy that we have set for ourselves, which is based on 3 pillars:

We aim to demonstrate exemplary and voluntary environmental practices every day and to put our technical and scientific expertise at the service of communities and their habitats.”

This approach is articulated around 2 main axes:

 

Climate change mitigation:

Recognizing that everyone must make an effort to limit their impact on the climate, the Group tracks its carbon footprint to control it and reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. To achieve this, it has implemented a targeted action plan covering the 3 scopes of its activity. In-situ and on-site treatments.

Avoiding the transportation of contaminated soils off-site, are an example of this.

Implementation of “impactful construction sites”:

As experts in ‘in-situ’ and ‘on-site’ treatments, VALGO Environment strives to minimize the impacts generated by its worksites to the greatest extent possible. Following a ‘zero pollution’ principle, safety is at the heart of the company’s processes, for instance with the performance of safety audits and the reporting of risk situations.

The strength of VALGO Canada lies primarily in its teams. Each employee embodies the Group’s values: teamwork, audacity, transmission, and commitment.
